You can initiate a refund request from within your account on Sauls Emporium
- Log in to your account, and navigate to the Orders tab in the menu.
- To access your orders, click on the Orders tab in your profile.
- You will see a list of everything that you've ordered from Saul's Emporium.
- You can scroll through these items and locate the item that you wish to return/get a refund for.
- Click on Return next to the order you would like to return
- You can choose between getting a replacement for your order or getting a refund
- Select the option you prefer and click Confirm
Refunds are issued to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
NOTE: If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, please reach out to us to process your refund.
