You can check the status of your refund from the Orders tab in your profile settings.
- Click on your profile picture to access your account settings
- Click on Your Orders > Returned Orders
- A list of orders that you've placed a return request for will show up
- Click on Track refundĀ on any order to see the refund status
Refunds are issued to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.
NOTE: If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, please reach out to us to process your refund.
